Oakley products are divided into three categories to help you , the builder, maximize your return.

Stock | On Time | Special Order

STOCK Items (Immediate delivery)

We have over 4,000 items in inventory from which over 44,000 finished goods can be made. These items are physically at your local Oakley Products specialist and can be had

• Immediately if no assembly is required.
• Within days if it is a finished good which has to be built.

All 44,000 items are covered under our No Backorder Guarantee.™ On our web site these items will always be listed first.

These items may not physically be at the local Oakley Products specialist nearest you. They are not guaranteed to be in stock. They can, however, readily be available from other Oakley locations or sources of supply. We can have "On Time Items" to you usually within the normal lead times of building projects.

• 10 working days for interior products - doors, trim and hardware items.
• 20 working days for exterior products - windows, steel doors, and skylights.

Using this category gives you more options for style and colors but will generally cost slightly more than "Stocked Items" and will not be immediately available if a customer changes their minds or wants to add additional "On Time Items" to their order after the initial delivery.

These items offer the greatest selection but in most cases are built to order and require extensive lead times. This can normally be accomdated by ordering early but any late changes or additions will take 8 to 10 weeks for most special order items. Your salesperson will give you an approximate lead time for the particular item being ordered at the time you place your order.

Additional items ordered after the fact will generally cost considerably more than the items ordered with the job due to special set-up and freight charges for small quantities.
